Do I have to buy a new website first?
No. We review what you already have and the destination your campaign needs. Suitable existing assets can be retained; essential fixes are explained and scoped.
Are advertising results guaranteed?
No fixed ranking, enquiry count or sales result is promised. We agree the goal, scope and measurement, then review actual results in context.
Is the service price the full ad budget?
No. Platform media spend, management fees, initial setup and any additional production are separate items in your proposal.
Can I keep my website without a care subscription?
Yes. Care does not replace ownership. Handover, third-party renewals and ongoing responsibilities are explained in your agreement.
How do payment and renewal work?
The proposal confirms the scope, price, payment currency, available payment methods, taxes/charges where applicable, and renewal/cancellation terms before agreement. Monthly services do not automatically imply an annual commitment.
